Important Note on Less Than Perfect (LTP) Products

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we receive products that do not fully meet our quality control standards to be sold at full retail price.

We don’t like to call these defects, because they do not affect the functionality of the product — and that matters deeply to us. Every LTP item is still fully usable and performs exactly as intended. The differences are purely cosmetic, and may include (but are not limited to) minor stitching inconsistencies, small stains, or paintwork chips.

In many cases, even friends and family have trouble spotting where the imperfection is. However, these details fall below the standard we hold ourselves to. While we strive for perfection, it’s unfortunate that not every production run arrives 100% flawless.

As a small business, we also believe in being intentional about reducing waste. Rather than discarding these pieces, we hope they can find homes with customers who value function over aesthetics, at a price below retail.

As it is not possible to list every individual cosmetic imperfection, please note that:

• All LTP products are fully functional

• Imperfections may be minor and not easily noticeable

• All LTP items are sold as-is

• All sales are final — non-refundable and non-exchangeable
