Shipping & Delivery

How much will shipping cost?

Local delivery costs $6 for orders below $80. The fee is waived for orders above $80. For international shipping cost, please check out the prices below.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the following regions:

South-East Asia
Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam

Flat rate - $25

Rest of Asia
Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan

Flat rate - $35

Australia

Flat rate - $45

How long does delivery take?
  • Local standard (5 to 7 working days)
  • Local express (1 to 2 working days)
  • International (up to 14 working days)

Please note that this is an estimate only. Shipments may be delayed during peak sale periods, or held at up customs (international shipments).

Can I pick-up my order?

Yes! If you're located in Singapore, you may opt for a self-collection at our studio. Please wait for an email notification to collect your order.

All orders should be collected within 14 days, after which, they will be deemed as unwanted and no refunds will be given.

My Order

How can I cancel or amend my order?

Once an order has been placed, no amendments or cancellations will be allowed. Please check the size/colour charts as well as any sizing recommendations listed on our product page carefully before purchase.

What should I do if I received a missing/defective/wrong product?

If there is a missing/defective/wrong product received, please reach out to us at hello@baogoods.co within 7 days of receipt. For more details on our Exchange and Refunds policy, please visit our Exchange & Refunds Policy.

I forgot to use a promo code at check out, can I request for a partial refund?

Unfortunately, we will only honour all promo codes that have been used and validated by the system at check-out. Please do check the final amount carefully before paying.

Where is my order?

Once an order has been packed and ready to be shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent. To ensure that you receive this notification, please check that you have entered the right email address at check out. 

The courier will attempt a maximum of two deliveries. After the second failed delivery, the order will be returned to us and extra charges will apply for a re-delivery. Please double check your delivery address to ensure all details are accurate as we will not be liable for any failed deliveries.
