Why LENZING™ Modal?

1. Kind to our earth

LENZING™ Modal is produced with cellulosic fibers of botanic origin through environmentally responsible processes from the sustainably sourced natural raw material wood. Wood pulp from the forest is transformed into biobased LENZING™ Modal fibers and is certified as compostable and biodegradable under industrial, home, soil and marine conditions, thus they can fully revert back to nature.

2. Soft and thermo-regulating

Well known for its natural softness and comfort, efficient moisture management and enhanced breathability, fabrics made of Modal yarns are able to absorb and release moisture, which supports our bodies’ natural thermal regulation processes.

In our warm/humid weather, this is naturally a premium choice for crib sheets.

3. Hygienic

The absorbency and wicking properties of LENZING™ Modal translate to less moisture collecting on the fabric’s surface, which inhibits bacteria growth, making this a more hygienic fabric.

4. Long-lasting

Another key feature of the fabric is its colour fastness – the colours won’t fade as quickly as comparable synthetic fabrics. LENZING™ Modal is also compliant with recognised safety standards for food contact. When something lasts longer, we buy less, and in turn, waste less.

Machine wash, max 40°C. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry.
